Hello Hagalil Leaders!

My name is Hannah Eiger, and I am Hagalil’s (the New Jersey Region of USY) Regional President! I want to invite you all to spend October 20-22 with me and the rest of Hagalil’s leadership at our Leadership Training Institute (LTI). Throughout the weekend we will discuss how we can make a difference in our chapters, what it means to be a leader in our Conservative Jewish community, and finally, the leadership theme of the year: Changing USYers’ Worlds. As USYers, we have the unique opportunity to truly impact our peers, our community, and be a role model for so many other Jewish teens.

At LTI, you will learn how to maximize those opportunities, learn from other USYers who hold the same position as you during Counterpart Meetings, enjoy a USY Shabbat in a smaller and more intimate setting than the average convention, and meet new friends and leaders from all around New Jersey! We will not only discuss how to make the most out of our terms, but we will be present in the incomparable and inspiring Jewish community USY provides throughout Shabbat ourselves. I really hope I will get to see you at LTI and get to know you better!
